The Multi-Cultural Borderlands of Medieval Toledo
The symposium, organized by Dr. Yasmine Beale-Rivaya, brought together 22 scholars of varied academic backgrounds. Scholars traveled from locations in Spain, France, Germany, the United States, and Mexico and from institutions such as the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha, La Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad de Córdoba, University of Minnesota, Texas Tech University, and research institutions such as the Instituto de Lenguas y Culturas del Mediterráneo y Oriente Próximo-CSIC.
