Covid-19 Statement => We know thousands of organizations around the world have cancelled their events, like us, due to the impending danger of Coronavirus and its spread and we take this responsibility seriously. As we work as a community to prepare for the impact of COVID-19, we wanted to share how our organization is addressing the current situation. The health and safety of our members, officers, and communities are our primary concern. There are a number of measures we are taking to ensure we manage to safely get through this fluid situation while continuing to serve in our capacities effectively.

We are seeking presenters for our next meeting on Saturday, April 4, 2020 on the campus of  Huston-Tillotson University, in Austin. We encourage French educators of all levels to share their pedagogical research, as well as innovative activities you are doing in and outside your classroom. 

Proposals may be related to any area of the French language, literature, culture or pedagogy. All presentations must be in French.

Please email an overall description of your proposed presentation and the names of all the co-presenters, if any, to Anne Cirella-Urrutia at

acirella@live.com and Marta Rosa Kane at martarosakane@gmail.com. If your presentation requires any audio-visual equipment please be sure to indicate that as well! 

All proposals must be received by March 23.
